The friction of the current market
The friction IS estate agents, and by extension, portals.
Their model requires binary commitment - you’re either on the market or you’re not – and it can’t support sellers who want optionality, flexibility, discretion or privacy.
It presents a cliff-edge commitment, and that cliff-edge seems to be suppressing four-fifths of potential sellers.
In 2026, there’s got to be a better way.
