Our partner conveyancer for our Brighton & Hove pilot is Alecto: a small, focused team of technologists and lawyers passionate about raising the bar for legal services. Alecto was founded by Will Rice, who previously built Gen H into one of the UK's leading mortgage lenders for first-time buyers.
We are working with Alecto to demonstrate that our UUFI, mapped to the industry-leading PDTF data standard, and passed to a tech-forward conveyancer, can assist in making the path from “sale agreed” to completion shorter and less susceptible to fall-through.
